Hitch Racks for Hummer

Question...  Anyone know of a hitch rack that will allow the rear door of a Hummer to swing open?  Without removing bikes of course.

Asking for a friend.

Look at the Yakima Spare tire, spare time racks.
Attach to the spare tire so the rear can swing open.  I use it on my Wrangler and works great.

It's a Hummer H3 - 2009.  I will ask her about the tire mount.
